Case Story - We Got Help Right Away

I don't know why good days have to be spoiled by small accidents and mishaps. We were having such a good time with the kids out that day, right up until the moment I locked the auto chip keys in the trunk. I promised the children a day full of ice cream, strolls, and all their favorite shops and instead we ended up searching for a locksmith. It was really annoying to me but to be honest the boys seemed to enjoy the adventure. I simply opened the trunk to get the shopping bags in there and as I was talking to the children. I probably left the house keys in the trunk, too. I closed the trunk and started searching for the car keys. All of a sudden, it occurred to me that I had locked them in the trunk and hadn't opened the car doors yet either.

The boys started laughing, I was more upset than anyone could tell and the only good thing was that I had my phone in my pocket. There was no point calling my husband, I just texting him that we were running late. I called Locksmith Mukilteo and prayed that someone would be available to help us. The lady who answered the phone was very nice. She heard what I had to say and told me not to worry about a thing and that she would make sure one of the company's technicians will soon help us. We had worked with this company once more and were happy with the service, but this was a totally different situation. That time, the technician had come to replace a couple of door locks. Now we had an emergency.

The truth is that I didn't have time for any more thoughts. I yelled to the kids to stay close to me and stop fooling around, and within minutes the company van was already parking next to our car. I explained what happened to the technician (who was already informed about the whole situation but stayed there and patiently listened to me complain anyway) and was glad to see him unlocking the car door so that the kids could sit and rest. Then he opened the trunk and simply handed me my keys. For a moment there I really thought this nightmare would last forever but it was over in minutes. It was one of the things I truly appreciated in this company and I also liked that the technician was polite with my kids, patient with me and cared enough to help us so fast. Finding such good technicians is kind of rare today and that's why I am twice grateful for the service. I will definitely keep their number on speed dial for the next time I'll leave my car keys locked in the trunk. At least I won't worry now, knowing that someone will help me in such a short time.
